What you’ll be doing
In this newly created position as procurement administrator/inventory controller, you’ll be an important part of our team. You will contribute to the smooth coordination of maintenance planning and administrative operations, and help improve workflow efficiency.
Purchase order and goods receipting, inventory management, planning and scheduling, and administrative support are all part of your remit. You’ll ensure purchasing activities are timely and cost-effective, well-documented and compliant.
Who we’re looking for
Highly organised, proactive, and with exceptional attention to detail, you will have a reputation for building positive relationships with staff, suppliers and customers. You will also have:
- A solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain operations, and vendor and inventory management practices.
- 3-5 years’ experience, ideally in an energy, logistics or industrial environment.
- Strong administration and customer service skills.
- Demonstrable proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP or equivalent), Microsoft Office Suite, and procurement data management.
- NCEA Level 3, tertiary level certificate or diploma in a relevant field (desirable).
- A full New Zealand driver’s licence
